Brief description

Telemedicine education using the Internet is supeior in continuity. However, there are many things that can only be learned through onsite training, such as diagnostic tips and therapeutic techniques. The International Medical Department of Kyushu University Hospital has invited many foreign doctors from all over the world and provided them with opportunities to learn advanced medicine directly from Japanese experts. In this seminar, we will give an overview of training programs in surgery and endoscopy at Kyushu University Hospital for foreign doctors, and doctors who have trained at our hospital in the past will present their impressions and feedbacks after returning their countries. In this event, we would like to discuss effective and sustainable medical education combining onsite training and telemedicine.
